Refund policy
The return of your order is accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The return costs will be at your charge.
For the return and the refund to take place in the best conditions thank you for strictly respecting the procedure to follow (otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):
1. Send us an email to hello@onbehalf.fr indicating your order number, to let us know your request for withdrawal. From this date, you have 14 days to send us back the products (shipping date).
2. Make sure that the product(s) are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.
3. Please enclose in your package with the product(s) in question, the number of the order concerned as well as your first and last name.
4. Return the package to the following address

Choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim concerning a lost package.
